The U.S. must recognize the independence of the Republic of Artsakh and its people’s right to self-determination, Rep. Tony Cardenas said in a Twitter post.
“I will submit a statement for the Congressional record in support of this. The people of Artsakh will never be safe until they are free to determine their own future,” the Congressman said.
