The enemy forces have once again targeted Artsakh’s capital Stepanakert, violating the norms of international humanitarian law, Artsakh’s State Service of Emergency Situations informs.
A car was burnt and nearby buildings and shops were destroyed as a result of the rocket fire. The gas pipeline supplying the district was also damaged.
Firefighters have been deployed to the scene. No casualties are reported.
