Fowler (California) City Council has recognized Artsakh’s right to self-determination and independence, and unanimously condemned Azerbaijan’s aggression against Artsakh, calling on the US President and Congress to join in supporting Artsakh’s freedom, ANCA report.
The Armenian National Committee of America reports that the declaration adopted by the council was submitted by Fowler City Council member Garnik Ghazaryan. He noted. “During the next genocidal war against Armenians, the city of Fowler is next to Artsakh”.
