US Congressman Grace Napolitano called on the United States to formally recognize the independence of the Artsakh Republic, The Armenian National Committee of America reports.
“The path forward is one of liberty, which is why I am today calling for official U.S. recognition of the Republic of Artsakh’s independence.”, Rep. Grace F. Napolitano said.
