Azerbaijan has resumed shelling of Stepanakert and Shushi, official representative of the Armenian Ministry of Defense Artsrun Hovhannisyan reports.
Residential buildings have damaged by the rocket fire in Stepanakert. A two-storey residential house has been completely destroyed.
