The Armenian Unified Inforcenter has presented a video explaining why Armenia could not have attacked Mingechaur.
On Sunday the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia officially refuted the statements from Azerbaijani leadership claiming that an attack was carried out from the territory of the Republic of Armenia in the direction of Mingechaur.
