One civilian was killed, four others were wounded in the bombardment of the city of Stepanakert.
Two residential buildings were severely damaged. Luckily, there were few people in the buildings at the time of the attack.
Azerbaijan struck Artsakh’s capital Stepanakert three times using heavy rockets at about 8 pm on Friday.
