The Azerbaijani Armed Forces used large-caliber weapons as they shelled civilian populations in Artsakh, including capital Stepanakert.
Two people – a woman and a child have been killed in the attack in Martuni region, two others are wounded.
Serious damage has been caused to civilian infrastructure.
