Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan will pay a working visit to Artsakh.
Within the framework of the visit, Minister Mnatsakanyan will hold meetings with the President of Artsakh, the Speaker of Parliament and the Foreign Minister.
Minister Mnatsakanyan will also have a meeting with Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan, the Primate of the Diocese of Artsakh.
