A 26-year-old Azerbaijani man was detained on suspicion of illegally crossing the Armenian state border in the north-eastern direction of the line of contact between the Armenian and Azerbaijani armed forces, press service of the Armenian National Security Service informs.
He had a bag of personal belongings, NSS said.
The Security Service is currently investigaring the circumstances of the incident.
