The Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan Zohrab Mnatsakanyan and Elmar Mammadyarov are holding a second-day of meeting in Geneva, Spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Anna Naghdalyan informs.
The meeting takes place with the mediation and participation of OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs Igor Popov, Stéphane Visconti, Andrew Schoffer and the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk.
The meeting is a follow-up to seven hours of talks held on January 29.
