Fairy tales of Hovhannes Tumanyan have been published in Lithuanian on the writer’s 150th anniversary at the initiative of the Armenian Embassy in Lithuania, informs Tigran Mkrtchyan, Armenia’s Ambassador to Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
The book has been translated by Kristine Albertjan, the illustrator is Naira Muradyan. It will be presented at the UNESCO office in Lithuania on December 19.
The book had earlier been translated into Latvian.
