The Armenian National Assembly voted 75 to 34 today to approve implementation of voluntary early retirement plan for judges of the Constitutional Court.
The packaged authored by the government provides that if the judges of the Constitutional Court resign by January 31, 2020, they will receive a pension equal to their salary until the expiry of their term.
