Roma coach Paulo Fonseca has confirmed Henrikh Mkhitaryan is “ready to play” against Inter.
At a pre-match press conference on Thursday, he gave updates on Diego Perotti, Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Justin Kluivert.
“Both of them [Perotti and Mkhitaryan] are in good condition. They are ready to play. Kluivert has been through some tests, but they came back negative. He is annoyed that about not being able to play.
Mkhitrayan came in for Cengiz Ünder for the final 25 minutes against Verona last week and sealed Roma’s 3-1 victory with an injury-time goal.
Friday’s game at the Giuseppe Meazza gets underway at 20:45 local time (23:45 Yerevan time)- with both sides going into the contest having won five of their last six matches in Serie A.
Inter currently sit top of the standings, while Roma have climbed up into the top five.
