Artsakh peace process on the agenda of Armenia’s Security Council sitting

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan chaired a meeting of the Security Council today.

Welcoming the meeting participants, the Premier stated: “Our session coincided with the rapid developments underway in our region, and today we will hold a discussion on this matter.”

The Prime Minister said the meeting would focus on recent international contacts and the current situation in the process of peaceful settlement of the Artsakh conflict.

“The sessions of the Security Council are important, because along with security issues, we are also making economic and political decisions, and I am confident that today’s decisions will help us raise the country’s security level and improve the citizens’ living standards,” the Prime Minister said.
