Constitutional Court rejects Parliament’s appeal

The Constitutional Court has  rejected to start proceedings on the basis of the National Assembly’s appeal.   

The Armenian National Assembly voted 98 to 1 on October 4 to call for termination of powers of Hrayr Tovmasyan, member (judge) of the Constitutional Court.

The draft decision adopted by a secret ballot was then forwarded to the Constitutional Court.
