Israel’s newly appointed ambassador to Armenia Eliav Belotserkovsky visited the Tsitsernakaberd Memorial today.
The Ambassador laid flowers at the eternal fire and paid tribute to the memory of the Armenian Genocide victims with a moment of silence.
Accompanied by Harutyun Movsisyan, the Director of the Armenian genocide Museum-Institute, the Ambassador toured the memorial complex and
Harutyun Movsisyan briefed the Ambassador on the history of Tsitsernakaberd.
Israel is yet to recognize the Armenian Genocide.
