A new residential district is being developed for residents of Stepanakert, Artsakh.
President Bako Sahakyan visited the construction site today to get acquainted with the work being carried out.
The President stressed the importance of implementing the program to provide apartments to socially vulnerable families, as well as within the framework of mortgage lending.
