Operational communication has been established between Armenia and Azerbaijan, Spokesperson for the Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Anna Naghdalyan told a press briefing today.
She added that the establishment of the communication is aimed at reinforcing an atmosphere conducive to peace.
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan had earlier said the communication had been established, noting that it could help exchange information between the two countries within half an hour.
