President Armen Sarkissian has signed a decree, appointing Foreign Minister Spokesman Tigran Balayan as Armenia’s Ambassador to the Netherlands.
Tigran Balayanwill Armenia’s permanent representative at the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons.
Former Ambassador Garegin Melkonyan has been recalled.
