On September 11 Artsakh Defense Minister, Lieutenant-General Levon mNatsakanyan received the Special Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk.
During the meeting the Defense Minister briefed the OSCE representative on the situation at the line of contact between the armed forces of Artsakh and Azerbaijan.
The parties exchanged views on the perspectives of conflict settlement and highlighted the need to solve the existing problems through peace talks.
