Three masked man armed with machine guns entered the area of the mansion belonging to Arman Mkrtumyan, former President of the Court of Cassation, Adiviser to the Investigative Committee Chief Sona Truzyan informs.
Mkrtumyan and is family were at home, when the attach occured at about 11 p.m. on August 28.
According to preliminary information, the gunmen opened sporadic fire.
One of the alleged criminals has been neutralized and detained.
A criminal case has been initiated on robbery and illegal acquisition and keeping of arms and ammunition.
