Armenian Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan and Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov are holding the first meeting in Brussels after the democratic change of power in Armenia, Spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Tigran Balayan said in a Twitter post.
Prior to the meeting Minister Mnatsakanyan met with the Co-Chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group.
