Armenian President Armen Sarkissian talked to Russian President Vladimir Putin by phone on Wednesday.
The parties stressed that in order to overcome the domestic situation in Armenia as soon as possible, it is important for all political forces in this country to show restraint and responsibility, readiness for solving existing problems through constructive dialogue strictly within the constitutional framework.
