The Armenian National Assembly voted 64 to 27 today to elect Hrayr Tovmasyan as President of the Constitutional court.
Speaking after the vote, Hrayr Tovmasyan thanked MPs for trust and pledged to do his best to be a good President of the Constitutional Court.
