Russian President Vladimir Putin has congratulated Armen Sarkissian for being elected as President of Armenia.
Putin voiced confidence that the activities of Armen Sarkissian at this high post will contribute to the further development of Russian-Armenian allied relations and deepen the Eurasian integration for the benefit of the fraternal peoples of the two countries.
