President Serzh Sargsyan has signed a decree, relieving Hamlet Gasparyan of the duties of Armenia’s Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Romania and Montenegro.
According to another presidential decree, Sergey Minasyan as Armenia’s Ambassador to Romania.
