Armenian FM to attend UNESCO General Conference in Paris

Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian will participate in the 39^th session of the UNESCO General Conference in Paris on November 1.

Minister Nalbandian is expected to deliver a speech at the UNESCO General Conference.
