On 19 October Artsakh President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree, posthumously awarding serviceman of the Artsakh Republic Defense Army’s N division Tigran Khachatryan with the medal “For Service in Battle” for bravery shown during the defense of the Artsakh Republic state border.
Tigran Khachatryan was killed as a result of ceasefire violation by the Azerbaijani side at about 3 p.m. Thursday.
