Private of the Armenian Armed Forces Chaplin Margaryan (born in 1998) was shot dead as a result of firing from the Azerbaijani side, when on duty at one of the military units located in the northeastern direction.
Investigation into the details of the incident is under way.
The Armenian Ministry of Defense shares the sorrow of the heavy loss and offers its support to the serviceman’s family and friends.
