Private of the NKR Defense Army Seyran Sargsyan (born in 1998) was killed as a result of ceasefire violation by the Azerbaijani side, when on duty at one of the military units located in the southeastern direction.
Investigation into the details of the case is under way, Artsakh Defense Ministry said in a statement.
The Ministry said it shares the sorrow of the heavy loss and offered condolences to the soldier’s family and friends.
