On September 21 Armenia’s Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian and the Foreign Minister of St. Kitts and Nevis, Mark Brantley signed a protocol on establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries.
The Foreign Ministers voiced hope that the signing of the protocols would serve a good basis for establishment of ties and expansion of cooperation between the two countries.
