Levon Aronyan has defeated Hikaru Nakamura in the 7th round of Sinquefield cup in Saint Louis, the National Olympic Committee of Armenia reports. The Armenian Grandmaster has 4.5 points and is at the top of the table now as well as Maxime Vachier-Lagrave and Viswanathan Anand, who also have 4.5 points each.
Aronyan’s opponent in the next round is Pyotr Svidler.
