It is Remembrance Day (Merelots) today in Armenia. Unlike the similar days of the several past years it is a working-day. Yesterday the Armenian Apostolic Church celebrated the Day of the Transfiguration of Jesus (Vardavar). The next day of each of the five Feasts of Jesus Christ celebrated by the Armenian Apostolic Church are Remembrance days. Those Feasts are The Nativity and Epiphany, the Resurrection, the Transfiguration, the Assumption of Mary, and the Exaltation of the Holy Cross.
