An airplane en route from Moscow to Yerevan had to make an emergency landing because of deterioration of health of one of the passengers.
Anhait Khachikyan, one of the passengers on board the flight, says an 81-yer-old woman was rushed to hospital after the plane landed in Volgograd Airport.
The General Department of Civil Aviation of Armenia reports that the woman died on the way to hospital.
The plane later continued the flight and landed in Yerevan at 22:20.
