Portugal’s Benfica are interested in Armenian midfielder Vahan Bichakhchyan, Journal Record reports.
Bichakhchyan, who turned 18 last Sunday, made his professional debut at the age of 16 and became the youngest Armenian player to score in the Europa League.
International Under-21, sees his talent compared by many to compatriot Manchester United’s Henrikh Mkhitaryan. Bichakhchyan currently plays for Gyumri’s Shirak (Armenia).
