Private of the Artsakh Defense Army Vzgen Poghosyan (born in 1997) was killed by Azerbaijani fire at about 5:40 p.m. today, Artsakh Defense Ministry reported.
Investigation into the details of the case is underway, the Ministry said.
It also offered condolences to the soldier’s family and friends.
