Baku should implement agreements reached in Vienna and St. Petersburg, Spokesman for the Armenian Foreign Ministry says.
“For exclusion of further Azerbaijani provocations and losses, Baku should agree to implement the agreements of Vienna and St. Petersburg,” Spokesperson Tigran Balayan said in a Twitter post.

The Presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan held two meetings following the four-day war in April. The leaders of the two countries reached mutual understanding on a number of issues the settlement of which will make it possible to create conditions for progress in the Nagorno-Karabakh settlement.
They agreed, in particular, to increase the number of monitors in the conflict zone and expressed satisfaction of the observance of the ceasefire along the line of contact.
