Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian has talked to the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs and the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Spokesman for the Foreign Ministry informs.
“During phone conversations with OSCE MG Co-Chairs and the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk, Foreign Minister presented the situation after Azerbaijani provocations,” MFA Spokesman Tigran Balayan said in a Twitter post.
The Artsakh Defense Army was forced to take retaliatory measures after Azeri shelling from TR-107 rocket launcher.
