On 16 June Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan attended the opening ceremony of the 3rd Forum of Armenian Political Parties launched in Stepanakert and delivered a welcoming speech there.
“Political party congresses of the kind stand out as a good platform for discussing and gaining in-depth insight into various issues concerning the national state-building processes, further cementing the Homeland-Diaspora ties, global and regional developments,” mentioned in his speech Bako Sahakyan.
The Artsakh Republic President highlighted that in the time of ordeals for the Motherland the parties and forces representing the Armenian political realm always united and could defend national and state interest with joint efforts, considering such examples among the pivotal components contributing to the resilience of the Armenian national statehood.
“Political forces demonstrate such unity especially in connection with the present and future of Artsakh. The fundamentals that the Artsakh Republic must be a strong and democratic state always able to guarantee its security, I am confident, are the core principle, guiding all the Armenian political forces, ” stressed in his speech President Sahakyan.
