
The Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) and Iran are in talks on creation of a temporary free trade zone.
During consultations held in Tehran on June 13 and 14, the parties discussed the text of the draft agreement, and reached agreement on a number of issues, but some provisions still need to be considered.
The parties agreed to continue discussions with a view of signing the temporary agreement in the near future.
An Armenian delegation led by Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Investments Hovhannes Azizyan participated in the consultations.
