President Serzh Sargsyan received today OSCE Secretary General Lamberto Zannier, who has arrived in Armenia to discuss the perspectives of continuing the Armenia-OSCE cooperation.
President Sargsyan hailed Mr. Zannier’s cooperation with Armenia in his capacity as OSCE Secretary General.
Lamberto Zannier said he regrets the ceasing of mandate of the OSCE Office in Yerevan, and reiterated the organization’ willingness to continue the cooperation with Armenia.
The interlocutors praised Armenia’s involvement in all aspects of OSCE activity and discussed the avenues of deepening and expanding cooperation in different formats.
During the meeting reference was made to the process of settlement of the Karabakh conflict within the framework of the OSCE Minsk Group format.
