President Serzh Sargsyan visited the Tsitsernakaberd Memorial today to pay tribute to the memory of victims of the Armenian Genocide. The President laid a wreath at the Memorial and placed flowers at the eternal fire, which immortalizes the memory of the innocent victims of the Great Eghern.
After the ceremony, the President of Armenia visited the Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute, observed the unique exhibits of the temporary exhibition dedicated to the 25th anniversary of Armenia’s independence and titled From the Eghern to the Re-establishment of Independence, as well as the exponents dedicated to the 50th anniversary of creation of the Genocide Memorial.
