On 7 December in connection with the 28th anniversary of the Spitak Earthquake Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan accompanied by top officials of the country visited the Stepanakert Memorial Complex and laid a wreath to the monument of innocent victims of the natural disaster, NKR President’s Press Service reports.
