On 13 September Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan received personal representative of the OSCE chairman-in-office, Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk, NKR President’s Press Office reports.
The meeting addressed a number of issues related to the situation along the line of contact between the Nagorno Karabakh and Azerbaijan armed forces.
