An ethnic Armenian soldier of the Syrian army was killed in one of the suburbs of Damascus, the Aleppo-based Armenian Kantsasar weekly reports.
The soldier has been identified as Raffi Gazezian. His body has been sent to Aleppo this morning.
Although the authorities and opposition groups in Syria have reached agreement on ceasefire, this does not apply to terrorists groups such as the Islamic State and Jebhat Al-Nusra. They keep attacking Damascus, Aleppo and other regions.
