An Armenian ambulance has been hit in Azerbaijani firing, Spokesman for the NKR President David Babayan told Public Radio of Armenia.
He said the car was at the frontline to transport the bodies of the victims, and there was no one inside at the moment of the attack.
Babayan said it’s a gross violation of the international law and the Geneva Convention and labeled it as “an act of terrorism and barbarism.”
The Spokesman informed that the rival keeps violating the ceasefire agreement.
