“Azerbaijan has brought mercenaries wanted in many countries to the frontlines,” Spokesman for the NKR President David Babayan told Public Radio of Armenia.
“There are grounds to assert that the Armenian side will soon have more reliable proofs,” he said.
“This shows that Azerbaijan is grossly violating all international norms and documents, namely the Geneva Convention, by using weapons of mass destruction and targeting civilian objects, by hiring mercenaries and international terrorists,” David Babayan said.
