The Azerbaijani statement on unilateral ceasefire is an information trap, Spokesman for the Armenian Minister of Defense Artsarun Hovhannisyan has said.
Azerbaijan has said it announces a “unilateral ceasefire” in fighting with Armenian forces.
A defence ministry spokesman said the Azeris were acting in response to international calls to halt violence.
