“The two nations are still divided by the open wound of Nagorno Karabakh,” Federica Mogherini High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice-President of the European Commission said, summit up the results of her recent trips to Armenia and Azerbaijan.
“For the European Union the peaceful solution of the conflict is high on the agenda, and we are constantly involved through our Special Representative,” she said.
